Collection

Orders may be collected free of charge from KM Computers at 1st Floor, 49 Rajput Road, Orient Heights, Pietermaritzburg. Wait for confirmation that the product is reserved and ready before travelling to collect.

Free nationwide shipping

Standard nationwide courier delivery is free when the combined laptop and desktop value in an order is R4,000 or more. Other delivery orders cost R150. Collection in Pietermaritzburg is free. KM Computers confirms the address, insurance requirements and estimated delivery window before dispatch.

Accessories-only orders

Standard courier delivery for accessory-only orders and orders with less than R4,000 in laptops/desktops costs R150 per order. Customers may instead collect from the Pietermaritzburg store free of charge.

Processing and timing

In-stock orders dispatch in 1–3 days after payment clears and the order is verified. Courier transit time is additional and depends on your address. We will confirm the expected delivery window before dispatch. Custom builds, upgrades and supplier-order items may take longer; we will confirm their timing separately. For collection, wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.

Receiving your order

• Provide a correct delivery address and mobile number.
• Inspect the outer packaging when the courier arrives.
• Photograph visible damage before opening and notify KM Computers promptly.
• Keep the packaging, accessories and invoice if a return or warranty request may be required.

Risk and unavailable stock

If confirmed stock becomes unavailable, KM Computers will notify you and offer a suitable alternative or refund where applicable. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
