These terms explain how quotations, stock confirmation, payment, collection, delivery and support work when buying from KM Computers online.

Products, pricing and stock
KM Computers aims to keep product descriptions, specifications, condition, warranty, price and availability accurate. Fast-moving KM Tested, Demo and Unboxed New stock can change quickly, so an order remains subject to final stock and order verification. Obvious display errors will be corrected and discussed before fulfilment.
Images and product condition
Where a listing says an image is illustrative, request photographs of the exact available unit before payment. Demo, Unboxed New and KM Tested products may have condition details or disclosed cosmetic wear. The quotation or invoice should record material condition and included accessories.
Payment
Configured online payments are handed to PayFast for secure processing. An order is not paid until the payment is confirmed. KM Computers does not ask customers to send card details through WhatsApp, email or this website.
Collection and delivery
Collection is arranged after the order is ready. Nationwide delivery fees and timing are confirmed from the destination and product before payment. Risk, failed delivery, incorrect addresses and courier claims are handled according to applicable law and the delivery arrangement.
Custom builds and special orders
Custom-configured or specially sourced goods may require a deposit and may be subject to statutory exceptions to ordinary cancellation rights. The exact configuration, lead time, deposit and cancellation position must be recorded before the order is accepted.
Returns, warranty and liability
The Returns and Warranty pages form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.
