These terms explain how orders, stock reservation, payment, collection, delivery and support work when buying from KM Computers online.

Products, pricing and stock
KM Computers aims to keep product descriptions, specifications, condition, warranty, price and availability accurate. When the website accepts an order it temporarily reserves the selected stock, displays an order number and states the reservation deadline. Unpaid reservations expire automatically and the stock becomes available again. Obvious display errors will be corrected and discussed before fulfilment.
Images and product condition
Where a listing says an image is illustrative, ask KM Computers for more detail before payment. Demo, Unboxed New and KM Tested products may have condition details or disclosed cosmetic wear. The invoice should record material condition and included accessories.
Payment
Orders may continue to a secure hosted payment page operated by Yoco or Bob Pay, depending on the option selected at checkout. KM Computers does not receive or store card details. Supported hosted payment options may also offer approved card, EFT, bank or wallet methods. The delivery charge is included in the checkout total before hosted payment; free collection can also be arranged. Card details must never be sent through WhatsApp or email. A browser return is not proof of payment: KM Computers acts only on a verified gateway confirmation. A confirmation received after a reservation has expired is held for manual review rather than fulfilled against released stock.
Collection and delivery
The checkout displays an estimated delivery range and collection can be arranged after the order is ready. Standard nationwide courier delivery is free when the combined laptop and desktop value in an order is R4,000 or more. Other delivery orders cost R150. Collection in Pietermaritzburg is free. Accessories do not count toward the R4,000 free-delivery threshold. Risk, failed delivery, incorrect addresses and courier claims are handled according to applicable law and the delivery arrangement.
Custom builds and special orders
Custom-configured or specially sourced goods may require a deposit and may be subject to statutory exceptions to ordinary cancellation rights. The exact configuration, lead time, deposit and cancellation position must be recorded before the order is accepted.
Returns, warranty and liability
The Returns and Warranty pages form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under South African law.
